SHIPPING POLICY AND TIME TABLE
ItalianBraceletCharms.com is proud to offer free ground shipping for any order, regardless of size! We ship out your order within 3 days after you have placed it on our site. We ship only USPS insured and this is about a 2-3 business day service to most parts of the country. Please be aware we ship from the East Coast, so locations out West normally require 4-7 days for delivery.
Shipping costs are methods including Overnight and International rates are figured in automatically once you place your order. Currently, we do not offer any 2nd day air or overnight service for this product. Deliveries to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii are all done through USPS Priority Mail too.
If you are ordering this internationally, the check-out cart will not figure in an international shipping charge, just the Priority Mail charge. This will be done once we package your purchase, then we will email you with the exact shipping charge to your country and you then must send us back an email letting us know that you would like us to send this on to you and that the addtional cost for shipping may be charged to your card. We will only ship this out to you Global Express through the United States Post Office, which is a 3-5 business day service once the package the states. Email us if you want, a couple days later to get your tracking number sent to you for the package. Allow a day or two in customs if need be in your time frame.
RETURN POLICY
You may return your unused, unworn merchandise for a refund of the merchandise only (we do not reimburse for shipping) within 3 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging. You must request an RMA number (RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) in order to ship this back, again within 3 days of receipt. If you send this back without contacting us via email and getting a RMA number first, we will refuse to accept the package from you and it will be shipped back to you automatically and there will no refund. Email your need for an RMA number immediately and we will send you back one via email, thus shipping it back to us immediately through USPS Priority Mail insured only. The RMA number must be visible on the outside of your package and please enclose a copy of your order that is automatically emailed to you once you place the order. Shipping costs are not refundable. All returned items will be charged a 15% restocking fee, unless the item is an exchange.
